he4y I just wanted to tell you that I'm rooting for you. I hope you reach your goal of dunking soon. Also you've inspired me to continue increasing my vertical. In 1 year in highschool I went from tapping the rim to grabbing it, and now I can dunk a tennis ball. Since picking up some new plyo excersizes from you and being inspired I'm setting a goal of being able to dunk by the end of the summer. Thanks Scooby, the sky's the limit.

I'm actually weak compared to others, but in this business we compete against ourselves first. Keep up the good work.

A few suggestions, start your training with full deadlifts working up to a 3RM, then supplement with "elevated" deadlifts for 5x8 and every other week replace them GM's working up to a 5RM.

Thanks for your advice man, i am actualiy on a program and following it routine by routein...
Just revised a few of ur video... u are one hack of a lifter man! u bench as much as I squat..haha
