A friend at Continental Airlines said there was some free time on the Boeing 777 Simulator and asked if we wanted to take a ride. Boy... was it ever a ride. He actually let us "pilot" the airplane on a jaunt from Houston to Los Angeles, then up to San Francisco and back to Houston. We even had to perform all of the pilot functions in the cockpit, back away from the terminal and take off and land. This thing was so realistic we could feel the simulated expansion joints in the taxiway. It was without a doubt the adventure of a lifetime.
