That is so very true about Discipline I was banded on 2/26 09 I have lost a total of 19lbs I weigh 213 pounds. And was hoping to lose 13 pounds by my birthday om march 28 but Im still stalled. But I have been working out faithful 5 days a week and eating right. But so true you m,ust work hard and be discipline this is 3 weeks and 2 days my first fill is not untill April 7th. But keep up the good work. And your video is very helpful.
