Work directly with one of Omaha's top chefs in a small private setting, using a variety of techniques and different ingredients. Chef Grant Hon is the Exec. Pastry Chef of The Upstream Brewery and is a graduate of Metro The Culinary Arts Institute and the Culinary Institute of America or CIA in Hyde Park New York.
