Tianamo ( http://www.tianamo.com ) -- Google Earth for data.
Tianamo is a new browser-based, visual interface for searching, exploring and interacting with structured and unstructured information (ie. information visualization). It has applications including web search, stock market analysis, and market research/analysis.
In this demonstration it is being used to map and interact with 200+ web search results.

A simple, visual way of understanding relationships between information and learning abiout the connections. The ability to fly around the map and drill down is excellent.

Awesome new way to look at searching, and it looks like it could have lots of different applications, not just web browsing.
