  • This dude was alot different before he started using steroids. Even his attitude went from calm to a bit more agressive and impulsive. I noticed this by watching his old and newer videos

  • SatansLolipop, Try to keep your left arm tucked in at all times. I bet it flares out on u compared to your right. Also the dips will work your chest too. F u wanna minimize chest then don't lean forward too much. The best thing would b is to get off the weighted dips n do body weight only until u get the hang of it.

  • hey scott, I did this and the sides of my chest ache, I only want it to work triceps so I guess its a form error on my part ? and also, how do you prevent your stronger arm taking most of the strain? My right arm automatically takes all the pressure and feels more worked than the left at the end of my workout.

  • Scott, I am in a phase of 1-3 reps and I need about 3 plates on the belt. Any tips? This is kind challenging. Should I do close-grip bench instead?
