  • @nicoleLovesShizuma >>Absolutely not! This is about reducing that area, firming it up and getting lean. You should combine these exercises with a solid cardio workout!

  • Hi, I just wanted to say one big THANK YOU for the lovely exercises! I've been doing them for 2 weeks and I feel my saddlebags reducing, my butt getting a very nice shape and my legs becoming amazing :)

    I dont think Ive lost any inches though, but recently I've been thinking that I I'll be more than happy to just have them toned and muscly : ) thank u again!

  • @po4emu1... I'm thrilled to hear it. Just add some cardio before you do the exercises and some 1 min. sprints with jump rope, on treadmill or bike!

  • My girlfriend was watching and she thinks the exercises are very helpful. She also thinks that your dog is very cute, and she wanted to know what type of dog it is....(im thinking about surprising her with one lol)
