Great body Paul, but so disappointing that everyone had to use steroids to make it. I honestly thought people could get built without them!

Yes, if you had simply clicked on my profile that would have been obvious.
That being said, that contest WAS the first time I did a cycle of steroids. I had competed at the Teen Nationals the two previous years without steroids, then I did one cycle before this show. The size I already had - that was due to five years of hard training and eating - what I didn't have was the "steroid look" my competitors had - the telltale muscle fullness. That put me over the top.

So what? Steroids or not it still takes hard work and dedication to get a build like that. He deserves credit for that.

Informative interview with Harvey. "American Muscle" was always good for profiles and interviews of bodybuilders. It's too bad the show is cancelled. I wish it would be brought back to TV. Thanks for sharing this nice, old clip.
