2) Bring out Ballistic Vest & Immediately Hold RT After
3) Continue to Hold RT for the rest of the steps
4) Press Y to cancel Ballistic Vest
4) Right as your gun is about to shoot. Switch from uav back to ballistic. (Switch To Ballistic Then To UAV)
