Can Mr Partho Bagchi CURE stammering? Is Mr Parhto Bagchi CURED himself? Apparently answer is a big NO to both questions. But his unethical marketing practices have fooled many. For the first time, Mr Sanjib Talukder, one such student of Stammering Cure centre (SCC), Banglore, takes the courage to make a public protest. In India, there is absolutely no CONTROL on unethical practitioners, who can claim a cure for everything from stammering, to AIDS, Diabetes, Infertility- anything. This is a simple case of clever operators, making a career out of people's misery and desperation. Such people manipulate media and manage to get National Awards too! I have written to Mr Bagchi, pointing out that there is no universal ‘cure’ for stammering, the root cause is a kind of faulty wiring in the brain and if, as he claims, he has ‘cured’ 19,000 people in 20 years, then I’m sure that healthcare professionals all around the world would like to read peer reviews and see his support for this claim.
