I'm sorry but as a licenced occupational therapist and a judo player, this is incorrect. ill just point out one of many. Forearm flexors and extensors.. how can they be auxiliary when gripping is one of the most basic and almost always used components. Grade = D because ill give you credit for putting somthing together... but fail otherwise. if this is reguarding a specific throw, well then please specify.
