1) Pour 1/2 can in OIL
2) Pour 1/2 can in Gas

@carlos197069 1990 Toyota pickups used the 22RE, not the 22R. the difference is fuel injection, Toyota made this change in 1989(the first year of 5th generation Hilux's)

Dudes, I did this treatment 2 hours ago Nov. 1, 2010 on a 1990 Toyota Pick up 22R. All i can say try it. Amazing difference on my baby. Runs stronger/smooth, idles quiet. Before doing any engine work or anything, just try a simple cleaning. See for your self. You wont be disappointed.
