What's so shitty about saying what everyone is really thinking? "she's a role model for ugly people" so what she should go out of her way to be ugly? THAT'S a shitty thing to say. Everyone deserves to look nice if they want to, including Susan Boyle. I really don't get what the big deal is. The poor woman just wants to look nice. She's not getting plastic surgery or anything.
