If you are a V For Vendetta fan like I am, you will know that this poem is used in the movie. I thought that it would appropriate for my video to be about it on this 5th of November! :D

It's a perfectly good word Dear. It is slang for a cigarette. It is also used in my families home town in PA to refer to a type of sausage patty. It may have a different meaning *now* but that doesn't make it a 'bad' word.
