That kid was a joke anyway. I've gone from 154lb to 191lb in less than 3 months and i'm not fat and don't train more than 30 minutes a day. His gains were pathetic considering he used roids.

The problem with steroid is it's one of those substances that is able to permeate a cell's selective skin and gain access to the nucleus, and once that's accomplished there's no telling what the side effect would be...fucking with your cell's dna is very dangerous even if you don't see a short term issue with it. Fact is ..u just don't know what it'll do to you long term.
