  • I understand your frustration, you need to contact the manufacture, we did not sell this product to you and we are not Powers.

  • I received a bunch of 1/4" by 1 5/8" long wedge anchors with stairway rail posts that I have installed. I bought new matching concrete bits for my hammer drill. The anchors were provided with nylon rimmed locking nuts. After inserting these anchors, some of them did not set up when I wrenched the nut. The screw simply turns with the nut. This is disappointing because the anchor will not now disengage nor will the nut come off the screw--but the anchor is loose. Very disappointed.

  • Powers anchors are complete garbage. I don't trust their test results.
