  • I'm not American and I am black and I support her, have been for the past 3 years or so. It shocked me how most Americans didn't know who she is (until the Grammys) and she is so accomplished. But the US popular music scene is complete rubbish these days. No real artistes just celebs masking as singers and musicians.......

  • I love this musician so much man! I had a chance to see her in philly in october. She was just as amazing live as she is in her albums! She's a piece of what's missing in the world of music. I'm to see her shining now.

  • 6:58 That moment when your ears hear bliss. YESSS

  • America needs to embrace real musicians with real instruments

  • @MrNusouth cuz they are busy listening to beyoncé and jay z lol

  • @deebastard77 As a musician living in this country U r spot on, I couldn't agree with U more. I may listen 2 the radio once a week just 2 know who's on top & hope that maybe something will peak my interest. Most times I go back to listening to recordings made 30 - 50 years ago. :)

  • @deebastard77 Ur right I stumbled across her show when i was in college 3 years ago...i was not surprised she is on the level she is hopefully her next album will get more shine Chamber music is good but her soulful tone brings her music to a different level like her debut album....shes supposedley workin with Q-Tip on her next album so lyrically and musically ithink its gonna be a little more groove and lyrically good

  • Justin who?

  • She's just such a beautiful person inside and out, and of course genuine. More African-Americans should be supporting her.
