Jag35 Field Runner with some extra pieces. I added "top rods" going back to the shoulder pad for more support. I added "Bottom Rods" to offset the camera height, and I also added a tripod mount to add a tripod quick release plate. Love the unit, and the D-Focus follow focus works quite well.

  • it's a couple of chunks of stainless welded together(thanks to my brother). We put a 1/4-20 bolt on top of the weight that fastens to a bracket using a thumb nut. The bracket then attaches to the threads that are on the shoulder mount plate. Very improv, but it works quite well. It also has lateral adjustment to offset the weight of the camera

  • Looks pretty nice. Without the D focus, how much was spent on the shoulder rig?

  • @tylers8600 The rig ended up being $560. But when you consider their "full shoulder rig" is $649 without a tripod mount it ended up working out pretty well just piecing it together. Thanks

  • @rneu0324 I'm asking myself the same question!

  • Hey I have a few questions.

Did you get this straight or raised? And did you have to order the extra rods for the back separately or was there an option to add them?

    Thanks!

  • Great rig. Really like how you shot this.

  • Very Nice looking rig, I like that you customized it yourself to your needs, that's the whole point of these types of rigs. Very cool looking too. Great Job!

  • @nabilmoo I would like to know also ! thanks

  • Nice rig.

What kind of weight did you at to the back? And how did you fasten it?

    Thanks
