I just got my egg up and running and am looking around for chicken ideas. Great video and method.
Seeing as the T-shirt as become an issue here, I'll comment as well. The first thing that comes to mind is that there is a huge disconnect between what I notice your personality to be and what your shirt portrays. You seem like a nice guy who enjoys a nice summer day at the bbq with a beer and listening to Zeppelin, but then I see the shirt and I think the exact opposite. Thanks for the video.

@BillieBobSmith Yeah I saw the T Shirt, it's offensive. A redneck is a term for out in the country? Not being mean but is it like the forrest people in the movie Deliverence? I dont watch wrestling but Steve Austin used to say hes a Redneck......so it can be used in many ways Positive and Negative? or is it because USA is so big, different states have different meanings.No more questions. And yes.....I love meat esp cooked over charcoal or wood, over gas burners by far.
