Was a shame one of the astons didnt make it past the first stage due to technical problems, both were very nice cars!

The one aston did not get passed the first stage because it got hit by car 18, not a technical problem .The car was repaired and carried on sunday

That would explain the "Interim results" after Saturdays stages. No 4 was shown as Retired - Reason unknown. Then further down the list came No18 Retired - Contact with car 4. The first 4 stages took their toll with 32 retirements.

Apologies for the quality of the video I used my TZ5 compact running 30fps & a very basic built in microphone. I had only planned on taking stills till I heard the Aston.
