Sorry, but "You shook me" isn't a Led Zep song. It's an old blues song written by Willie Dixon and JB Lenoir and I think Muddy Waters was the first to sing to it.

and at about 1:30 he actually is playing Enter Sandman! watch the whole video before commenting
and then he starts playing Led Zep's "You Shook Me" at the end
