Miss Yavuz about the song: "I wrote this piece when I was feeling homesick and I wanted to mention the simple things about home. Beyoglu is my favourite area in Istanbul, where I spent most of my time, so while I'm singing this song, I close my eyes and I imagine myself walking in the streets of Beyoglu, with an old friend."
