Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is back at work at a public session of the Supreme Court, 18 days after undergoing surgery for pancreatic cancer. (Feb. 23)

@Nickk361 Are you kidding me, Ginsburg makes up law that is not in the constitution. She does not even listen to the conservative side. She's one-sided and that is not what a good justice should be like.

It would not effect the Supreme Court when she dies or retires. She is a liberal and her replacement will be like-minded, but the ideological balance will remain as it was after Bush's last appointment.
