Here are the things needed to make this cheese, 8 L. milk, 1 cup Apple cider vinager, sea salt and basil to taste, Butter Muslin cloth, strainer, 12 court pot (non-aluminum), smooth spoon!

  • you shouldn't use iodized salt it kills the growth of cultures in cheese !

  • @onetweetygirl71 Reg. unbleached the light wieght one not the thick one. You can use cows milk just make sure its full fat and not skim. Happy cheese making!=]]]

  • Hello, I love your videos. What kind of muslin do you use? i have just seen reg unbleached and bleached. Is that the same? and just one layer? i am really thinking of doing this in the next few months, but all i have to do is find some goats milk. it is supper hard to find in my area. even at the health food stores because of all the regulatons and i dont know of anyone who i can get it from. :( anyhoo... thanks again for the videos. love them! :D
