Columbia master 147450-3, rec. New York, 7 November 1928.
Four unknown singers with piano.
I strongly suspect this to be a pseudonym for another group, but I'm not sure who it is. At least they don't sound like the Revelers, who might have been the most likely candidates. Nice recording anyway.
I believe these are the singers on this recording. The Goodrich Silvertown Orchestra was a musical variety radio program, sponsored by B. F. Goodrich and heard in different formats and timeslots from 1925 until 1935. The performers included Henry Burr (tenor), Carl Mathieu (tenor), Stanley Baughman (baritone), James Stanley (bass). So it appears that the quartet is a later version of the Peerless Quartet.
