Tiger photo op ends with Russian boy being mauled

A three-year old Russian boy is fighting for his life after being mauled by a tiger at a traveling zoo. The boy was having his photo taken with the tiger, who was chained to a tree when the creature stuck out a paw and grabbed him. The animal's keeper managed to free the boy after hitting it with a metal stick. He was taken to hospital where he was treated for serious head injuries. He remains in a critical condition.

@a1096blond sadly though, sometimes it is best for them to live in a safe environment watched over by people that care for them. in this situation though, the wild probably would be much better for the poor tiger, because I mean seriously; who expects to do a photo shoot with a tiger and come out of it NOT clawed to bits?
