Brugge, Belgium: April 2006

A video and photo compilation of my visit to Brugge, Belgium in April 2006. I stopped in Brugge for two days in April 2006, after flying into Brussels. Brugge was a point of departure for me to drive to Schoondijke, a small town across he Dutch border, where my grandfather was born. I would have loved to have spent more time in Brugge, as while I was there, I was mostly fighting jetlag. Brugge has so many small, winding passages and alleyways that each turn brought you to another set of paths to explore.

I've visited Brugge twice (my brother lives there with his wife) and I am going back in December. Its my favorite place in Europe. This video makes me miss it even more. :) I can't wait to go back and visit the Market.
