One of my WIFI sites at Annaba (Algeria). We utilized a modified Wi-Fi setup to create long-distance point-to-point link (3 Km). We are here on the roof of a company building that we connect with several outlying offices and to the Internet. 12.07.2005

Hi. Yes we used satelite dish for two reasons. The first one was for discretion purposes. The second one was to boost the signale. No we didn t use any Wifi booster but the we replaced the original firmware of the router to increase the power from 25 mw to 100 mw.

hi. it is an intristing project you are doing. how come you are using sattelite dish for 2.4GHz signal boost? are you using WIFI Booster ?
