@ArteTuga1 Yes i do descend from portuguese colonizer and i'm really proud of my last name and my language. When i wrote that I didn't mean the colonial time, this would be another theme. I said about the Brazil after independence. Latin america played a roule at the economic enviroment and at global system in the last 2 centuries. Although i agree that we have many internal problems , this international roul was not so good for our development as well.
