Some say the PTR is better made and like it more than the HK. I can't wait to get mine. Wish they let us use them in the Corps lol

@DangerousD1985 RTG Gun Parts is a great HK site you should check out, I just ordered a complete spare parts kit for my 91, bolt, firing pin, rollers, mainspring, plus a bunch of other springs and parts all for $100 to keep in my gun bag.

Fine weapons. I have had my PTR for a couple of years now and have never had problem one with it. It has a bit of a kick but it's 7.62. Love the bolt system even if it is tough to squeeze it back together after cleaning. I've heard you don't have to clean it much but I'm obsessive like that. The H k is excellent as well. You can never have enough H k's.

just pick up one of these ptr's, what ammo were you using? I heard these can be picky what experience do you have with different ammunition?
