There is no great way to mount a fence on the retaining wall & mounting it directly behind can increase the load pushing on the back of your wall.....Typicaly a fence would need to be some distance behind the wall, but there is a product by STRATA (i believe) that allows you to place the wall directly behind your retaining wall that keeps the load from effecting your wall....
need to build a small retaining wall between the neighbors driveway and mine. His side is slightly higher than mine. The wall itself will, due to a slight slope towards the backyard, anywhere from only one to three blocks high... Then wanted to install 6' x 6' vinyl panel fencing... how should I go about reinforcing the post in this application???
