This video shows how to fit a shower mixing bracket. Once the bracket has been fixed the bracket can then be plumbed in, then the shower bar or wall mounted tap can be fixed to it. Brought to you by http://www.ultimatehandyman.co.uk/forum1/

It's the Makita SK102Z, there is a video review of it in my tools playlist ;-)

    Thanks for the comment

  • real food for though, thanks chez.

I love the look of concealed pipes, wall mounted taps and shower hoses but thought it would be really tricky, I guess its not easy but doable.

Is there a decent place you get bathroom fixtures from? i'm tempted by some of the ones on ebay that sell designer looking taps really cheap.

I bought the wall mounted tap on ebay for £29

The fixing bracket was about £35 but is Grohe.

Both items were great, but I did buy a toilet for £29 from the same place I bought the tap and it is now a plant pot as the spigot was tapered at the back and so I could not use it LOL. I had to go and buy a toilet from B&Q
