@gurtipapa well cmon you gotta say thats just stupid, a sand viper that cant go much on sand due to risk of water, lol. i wanted to race my dads rough rider ( thats 100% water tight) on the beach so all the water kicks up lol. i suppose il just have to go more in land.

Hi i have a stock sand viper that i made myself and i have a quick question,
On the back i have the motor but the plug side has no cover, this is a problem as dust, water. grass and gravel can get inside to the moving components. i was wondering if your viper has a motor cover on this side also and if not what are you doing to cover it?

Hi Dan,
My Viper has a motor cover just on the pinion side (right side).
On the left side cover the motor just aluminium motor heat sink.

The DT-02 is not waterproof, do not recommend to use near water.
