bicycling across America, entering Nebraska

I enter Nebraska from Iowa in Sioux City. The Missouri River is flooding and I choose this route because many of the other bridges are closed further up the river. I travel to Ponca and spend the night at Ponca State Park. From there I jump on HWY 20 and travel west, spending the night in Plainview NE and Oneill NE where SummerFest was happening. I camped at Carny Park, which is the city park in Oneill

I read a review of Chilver's Park (which is the city park in Plainveiw) on the website ,,,

Just looked up the Cowboy Trail. It looks like it would be fun to take it across the old railway bridge near Valentine. That Ponca State Park is magnificent.

@kaybikerow yes there are signs pointing to the historic bridge as you approach Valentine, and holy buckets.... Ponca SP is nice
