thank you for this, I do a lot of physical stuff every day, planting trees and building rooms and stuff here on the farm, I can say this is real fitness to create what is best for all.

Cool Bastian! I on the other hans have practiced Taijiquan for about 5 years, and it helped me to be more aware of my physical body.

@NiklasNydahl Thats a cool idea Niklas! wing tsun exercises really have some great effects on body movement and it helped me pretty much with some spine problems. As I wrote this is merely self-study wt which I am doing for about a year now. But generally I take many different styles, exercises and forms and try to get to the main principles of them. Based on anatomy and breath. Very interesting and effective in self process. Lets hear from your experiences coming spring.
