Work on your proportions. Use reference, but don't copy too much. Try get away from just drawing outlines, when you find a video of any pro doing commissions or con sketches you'll see the vast majority rough everything out really loose and then clean it up. Keep drawing!

This is really good but i think the body and dont match up w/ the neck and the head. u should of put venom's head on the body and have his toung hanging out
