You are right Tommy. You should enjoy this because that's as far as you can go. Your playing is still amateur for your age. How could you allow such video(this concert in blk n wht) to be posted on youtube like that. You should've atleast quantized the audio track of your guitar even just 50% in protools and you"d sound more in sink with the drummer. Are you that oblivious to it?
