A charity seminar aimed at raising money for street kids and orphans in Kenya. This time we concentrated on Self Defence techniques using a pen, and was based on traditional concepts found in the martial arts of South East Asia and applying them in a less "harsh than usual" manner in order to allow applicability to street defence situations. In the Philippines this is sometimes called a "Dulo Dulo". We had alot of fun and hope you can join us for future Fighting for Lives seminars.

World Fighting for Lives Weekend 2009 just took place over 4 continents and involved over 30 instructors holding martial arts events in their own areas for children's charity project of their own choice.
