@KIWI897 Dressing up is fun. It's also a way of expressing yourself. You can see what someone truly is inside because they are displaying a thought that is intimate. They remove the aspect of the physical form that we are born into. It's an mazing opprutunity to be someone else, or maybe just yourself. :)

eldest among the cast (Jackie Earle being the

Damn, I don't like how JEH & JDG didn't get that much camera love. D:

But why do people have to dress up? That's too weird.
-
Maybe some, but the vast majority are truly REALLY pathetic.
I've been to a few. Not anymore. Its just too damn thick and I still don't want any part of that.

I know. I wouldn't even be caught dead there

Actually, there are many high-profile actors who go to comic book shows because they like comics. You make it sound like being at a conventions makes you look stupid. I think you'd be surprised how many of the fans at these shows are doctors, lawyers, and teachers. Sure, there are "nerds" a plenty as you call them, but don't discount the allure of a convention to the average celebrity. Incidentally, these guys look like they're having a lot of fun. You could tell if they were feeling put out
