British politician and the leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP) Nigel Farage has slammed EU bosses over European crisis. "It's even more serious than economics because if you rob people of their identity, if you rob them of their democracy, then all they are left with is nationalism and violence. I can only hope and pray that the Euro project is destroyed by the markets before that" - Farage said at the end of his speech.

The fact that he was democratically elected and is against anti democracy isn't a bad thing.

The EU is trying to remove democracy away from the nation states and implementing themselves as the de facto government of Europe. This is what he "rants" against.

in the days of big markets and superpowers Europe had its moment and while Europe has made great strides in international cooperation and a European identity it should endeavour to hold secure the impartiality of many of its members and to ensure that state decisions that its member countries make our cat impartial to that of Europe in order to prevent a large scale empire being created through the use of economic bargaining.
