yea u can if doin pulldowns wit a close grip you work the inner tri...if done with an open or wide grip it will work the outer tri...try it sometime and see for urself...
Yes, do them with the hands closer together. Also, do dips (after carefully warming up the shoulders) with your head looking forward, not down at all. Do the pulldowns with ropes and bar with different handgrips. Do pushups. Good to see someone interested in triceps: they are the foundation of biceps!
