well I havent seen them deliver big, open world RPG's with hundreds of quests and characters, and hundreds of ways to complete quests. Bethesda's games are more complex and unfortunately have more bugs because of that.

  • @PiefaceclownPrdctns Because... GABEN

  • @Xecutionner2K When you see a bear kill a dragon single-handed, you just know that there are serious balancing issues. If almost everyone in Skyrim can kill a dragon, why do they need Dragonborn? I'm glad you enjoyed the game man, but many elder scrolls fans, myself too, were rather disappointed with skyrim. Questing was bland and linear. It's very noticeable if you create more than one character. I can't help but compare questing to that of Fallout: New Vegas.

Skyrim is one of my favorite rpg of all time - how is it overhyped ? ...

"Unbalanced" doesn't apply to solo games as there are no competitions.

I'm not sure about Gabe, I mean sure he was the main Half-Life 1 & Steam programmer but I don't think he has time to code anymore. You know when you are a veteran (and CEO also) you just say what u want to have and developers do it for you. The same applies to every vets (Ed Boon, mortal kombat creator doesn't code anymore).
