Perception. How we view reality, time, memories, sensations. Our perception is composed of what we believe in. Who we are.

Can that be altered?

Can our entire outlook on life, the way we percieve things, change in a matter of seconds? Where what we thought was real is no longer there, and what was impossible becomes possible.

Can our perception be so suggestible?

Are we so delicate?

  • I love testing borders!

  • I like you reaction and I can concur with it to some extend. However, what makes reality constant according to you? Actually we are getting into philosophy here, what is reality in it's barest form? There is no physical model about reality since to me, it's merely a psychological interpretation of perceptions.

But your conclusion is right to perceive things differently alters a person's reality.

I liked your deep response I wish we met in a pub with a beer or a Bacardi&Coke! CHEERS!

  • To say reality is altered is kind of glamorising it a bit. Reality is constant, comprehension and understanding of it fluctuate. To the poor, the middle-class are extremely wealthy, to the upper-class the middle-class are poor. If a person interprets their reality differently, reality itself still remains the same. Their actions will then shape reality differently because of their positive mindset. To say reality is directly altered by our perception of it is more of a metaphor than a statement

  • Very nice idea! Also very NLP, I liked it, it's hard to explain to people that we perceive things differently even our reality is based on our perceptions and that's why your reality is different than mine. When I explain that people look at me as if am a loony. I am curious how your videos will light up this angle! BUT GREAT IDEA!

  • Indeed we can alter perception when you alter the person's context in which he perceives something.

You can even go a step beyond perception and alter you're reality. Since your perceptions create your reality. Darn this sounds new age but it's true.

NLP is in it's basic sense build on these foundations. Alter perceptions then you alter your vision(s) and finally your reality and achieve new things in life.

  • great idea, I too look forward very much to this, voice indeed magical :)
