History is never written by the people in case at dictatorship countries.
Mostly in communist countries the history is written by soldiers, leaders and cowards(pro-governors).

Over 20 thousand soldiers on unarmed civilians. Modern militarism must include civilian commands superiority and protection. Imposing extra ordinary force on unarmed individual must be classified as serious crime on military high rank personnel.
