@netrioter I think Edelbrock Performer series are based on the Carter AFB and not on a Holley,cause i can use carter spareparts in my edelbrock 1404 carb.

if i were you i would not position my arm over the carb like that cuz if its timed just a little bit late the air/fuel mix will combust in the intake and burn the shit outta you. if you knew what you were doing you wouldve known this

A boss 302 is a four bolt main 302 block with cleveland closed chamber heads. Im building a cleveland and a mock-boss right now. . If you think they arent clevelanf heads you can go eat shit, drive your chevy and stop acting like you know whats up. Dont believe me? Do some research nice guy :) clevelands forever!

@netrioter A holley is nothing like an edelbrock. If you sell them for a living I feel sorry for your family because they must be starving. Edelbrock is based off of a carter design and holley's are pretty much unchanged from the 50's. He is costing himself 25-30 hp with that edelbrock, but if he doesn't know which holley to run or how to properly tune it he is probably saving himself the same amount. I have seen 50+ hp swings with poorly set up holley's, while edelbrocks stay in the middle.

This guy has no business working on a Boss. No Holley and Edelbrocks r not the same edelbrocks r for guys how have no business working on a carburetor. Oh and a Boss 302 is a windors block with a Cleavland style head but not Cleavland heads bc a Cleavland didnt come out until 1970

@ezzzstang1 they are since 1998 actually. Old Holley is way different..this car should actually have a 4150 Holley...the edelbrock equivalent is the same and a tad better due to the slight CFM advantage
