Salad with Hot Goat Cheese
1 goat's cheese log.
1 french baguette
Simple Green Salad with vinaigrette dressing
Place slices of goat cheese on baguette bread slices and broil just until the cheese start to melt. Do not let it melt completely. Whisk together your favorite salad dressing. Drizzle the greens with the dressing. Arrange hot cheese slices over salad.
