I finally answer the question that appears to have been on everyone's mind (according to the comments) "Why did you move?". I was living in the cabin by myself and I wasn't feeling it anymore... maybe someday when I've settled down (not that I'm particularly active... nevermind)... so I moved from Windham, NH to Portsmouth, NH to live near friends... final answer...
