how much should one take in the gel form?

I have seen several websites warning about the dangers of carrageen.
Since carrageen is what irish moss is mostly made up of,
What is your advice on the possible side effects of consuming this item?
how safe is it?
You say it does not conflict with any medications but since irish moss is a natural blood thinner wouldn't it be dangerous to take with blood pressure medication?

Out of the 15 known elements found in I. Moss what levels of these elements does it contain? Or does the amount of I. Moss you take determine that?

Don't use on a daily basis for more than 2 weeks at a time, taking a 2 week break before using again. This will prevent you from overdosing iodine with potential imbalance in thyroid function. For periodic use only and not to be taken for extended periods of time. Not to be used while pregnant.
Sometimes you'll want the goopiness when treating an over acidic stomach. Quality of herbs difficult to assess in capsule form.

There are two types of Carrageenan: Undergraded (food grade) and Degraded (hydrolyzed with acid). Undergraded Carrageenan from Chondus Crispus (Irish Moss) has been used safely for decades & is extremely high in blood and body building properties.

However It is important to note: Chemically treated degraded Carrageenan, is a Carcinogen (Cancer causing agent) and can cause Intestinal Inflammation and excessive Blood Thinning. Therefore, Irish Moss in its’ Undergraded Vegan form can be used safely.
