nothing can compare to Ernie back then. I grew up with Ghoulardi hosting those old horror shows. He was the best.

On Saturday,Ghoulardi would repeat a little material from his Friday show for the benefit of viewers too young to stay up that late even on weekends.(I was one of them for a while.I was only 8 when he debuted-but within a year I was at least trying to stay up on Fridays-although I seldom saw the entire Friday show.)
