Ok bro, you've obviously never played cod, cause the whole grenade thing at the beginning is like 1/100000 of the time. Its cool if you like bf more, but if you've never even played a game, you shouldn't go and bash it like you know it back and forth.
But the larger maps combined with the objective based gametypes means that the whole gameplay is a lot more structured unlike COD (where the only sure thing about a match is the grenades that get thrown straight into the air at the start of a match) Also, even though I would have preferred to keep the classes closer to the first games class system, the fact that only certain classes can do certain things means that you are forced to work as a team; with everyone attemtingto fill their role.
its usually for the "Specialist" class but since you can custimize your class anyone can get one i guess, but it would take up a "space" so then you can have something like an ammo box.....get it?
@yootubematt its not just the destructive environment.. its vehicles, massive maps for more realistic scenery and sniping (unlike cod where u just run around no scoping) and the sound quality which i think surpasses that of cod
Th focus here isn't ON realism though. THey try to make the actual graphical side of the destruction as realistic as possible so that it looks nice; but the focus is actually on the tactical side of the destruction. Getting killed by tanks? Blow up the bridge to hinder their progress. Some guy camping in the corner next to the crate? Not if you destroy his cover. The focus is on you destroying the scenery to add a new element of tactics and fun to the gameplay.

I dont really care much about big maps.
